Fixing the server error

The problem may occur because of a temporary failure on the server side.

Security warning: Do not permanently disable your firewall. Use a trusted VPN and allow only trusted applications through Windows Firewall when possible. Restore protection after testing.

#1. Try a VPN connection

Try using a trusted VPN connection to check whether the issue is resolved.

#2. Check firewall access

If firewall blocking is suspected, allow the trusted loader through Windows Firewall or temporarily disable firewall protection only for testing. Re-enable it immediately afterward.

If the problem persists, contact Support.
